Teams in over 100 countries use Loop11 to run their own studies.
Sometimes you have the questions but not the hours. In that case we will take the whole thing: designing the study, recruiting the right participants, running the sessions, analysing the results and presenting the findings to your team.
Same platform, none of the work.
Usability benchmark:
Your product on its own. The five tasks that matter, put in front of 30 to 40 representative participants, with a scored result and a ranked list of what breaks, how often, and what it costs you. Three weeks, start to finish.
Competitive benchmark:
Your product and three to five competitors, tested on identical tasks by comparable participants. One ranked table covering task success, time on task, ease, confidence, System Usability Scale and NPS, showing exactly where in the journey you lose people relative to your category.
Testing your own product tells you where it breaks. Only a competitive study tells you whether someone else handles the same moment better.
Quarterly tracking:
The same study re-run every quarter. The instrument already exists after the first round, so subsequent waves cost less, and most teams re-run after a significant release. That is how you find out whether the release worked.
Because we built the platform the studies run on.
Recruiting participants, fielding across multiple products and capturing every session is a major line item for an agency that licenses someone else’s tooling. For us it is the thing we already do. That difference shows up in the quote, not in the quality of the work.
Studies are designed and delivered by Toby Biddle, who founded Loop11 in 2009 and before that co-founded U1 Group, one of Australia’s first specialist UX research consultancies, growing it from two people to a 30-person practice.
You are not handed to an account manager. The person who writes the tasks is the person who analyses the results and presents them to your team.
Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell us the decision you are stuck on and we will tell you whether a study would settle it, and which kind.
